REMOVING HEAT SENSITIVE STONES
Heat sensitive stones (eg. Opal, Emerald, Topaz, Aquamarine, Ceylon Sapphires, Cubic Zirconias, etc) will need to be removed and reset. Optionally, it can be sent away to be lazered. Please ask for a quote.
If the ring was cut off because the ring finger was swollen, we advise the customer that it may take up to two weeks for swelling to reduce to enable an accurate finder size to be taken.
Not all rings are able to be re-sized (eg. Channel Settings). If the ring is white gold we offer a rhodium plating which can be added for an extra $120
